06 / Aftercare
Beautiful on day one.
Beautiful long after.
You will receive personal guidance after the procedure. These are the four essential rules.
Great results depend on great aftercare.
Brushing
Hold the hair at the roots and brush gently 2–3 times a day with a suitable extension brush.
Washing
Wash upright without rubbing the capsules. Apply masks and oils only from mid-length to ends.
Drying
Never sleep with damp hair. Dry the roots and capsules thoroughly before bed.
Night and heat
Wear a loose braid to sleep and keep hot tools away from the capsules.

Will extensions damage my own hair?+
Risk comes from incorrect technique, weight or aftercare. I match the load of every strand, use controlled heat and assess your natural hair before recommending the procedure.
How long does the procedure take?+
A full application usually takes 6–8 hours. Exact timing depends on density, number of strands and the desired result.
When is maintenance needed?+
Usually every 2–3 months; the ideal interval is often 2–2.5 months. It is adjusted to your growth and aftercare.
How are the capsules removed?+
Quality keratin opens with 1–2 gentle tool presses. Removal is carried out without sudden pulling.
How can I get an exact price?+
Send three natural-light photos and a reference for your desired result. I will prepare a preliminary estimate before booking.
Where does the appointment take place?+
Appointments take place in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, by prior booking only.
